Dragon bones and Emerald eyes

Last night I was in deep meditative state and I was visited by a being, whom I considered to be Hecate. She was tall, with very pale skin that seemed to have a blue tint. She was decorated in armor made from the bones of a dragon and her eyes were a beautifully bright emerald green. I could sense an immense amount of energy radiating from her. She touched my forehead and that was the last that I remember.
Today I am feeling completely disconnected from myself and incredibly drained. Although, I have also been extremely sensitive to others energies today as well.

Has anyone had a similar experience or seen this face before?
I'm simply curious as to how personal and specific this is.

If you have been working with the energies of that particular group then it would not be unusual. In many of the guided rituals in the exercises you will have one of those beings give you something to work with such as happened with you.  Unless there was a particular message given to you that you could understand, then it is advisable to go with the flow of the visit.  In simple terms, this is a common event.

also, in the case you are describing, that would indicate that your vibrational frequency is being elevated by her.

This was an individual working not one of the guided rituals.

Yeah, I'd say if anything, that's a physical reflection of energetic change. It's almost like a reminder, or 'proof'. The after effects are a driving force for me personally, its like that feeling you get after a good workout.

Mattt, I know you have made initial contact in the past, so there would be no difference in that contact from individual work or exercise work.  The more often contact is made either in your individual work or working exercises, you will find it becoming easier and easier to stay in contact at all times.  At some point, there will come a time when no rituals of any kind will be entered,  you will have constant connection  24/7.  You will find out how beneficial that can be.
