Spritual evolution without an aspect of Seth?
Ever since finding the Asetian path, this has troubled me.
All the other "genuine" occult spiritual paths are either balanced with an aspect of Aset and an aspect of Seth or are polarized working solely with Seth.
Is Aset Ka the only polarized path that excludes working with an aspect of Seth? If we are not an immortal Asetian, is it possible to have spiritual evolution without working with the energies of an aspect of Seth?
For those who are walking the Asetian path but also explore other paths how you reconcile working with an aspect of Seth like the "Horned God" or Satan or Lucifer or Shiva when the Sethians are enemies with the Asetians?
I'm confused how I can be an enemy of the Sethians on one hand but at the same time on the other hand work with an aspect of Seth like Lucifer?
Would someone please enlighten me?

If you look into some Egyptian astrology, you will find Seti was commonly associated with Mercury, which is not the light-bringer.

I don't think Lucifer has any thing to do with Seth to be honest.
Also you'll find a lot of people and certain paths claiming to be working with Seth when in fact they have no idea, so whatever entity they are working with is a lower one and definitely not Seth.

Thank you to both of you.
I just started reading "The Sacred Magic of Ancient Egypt" by Rosemary Clark and am now realizing just how much I did not know about the Egyptian tradition.
So thanks to your insights and that book I'm starting to see who Seth really is and what he's all about.

Re: Spritual evolution without an aspect of Seth?
I'm reading the book by Rosemary Clark and it says that many Egyptians worked with Seth, even some Pharaohs honored him.
Is there another God that Asetians would honor instead of Seth but have similar characteristics so they could replace honoring Seth entirely? For example, Rosemary Clark says Seth's direction was North and his month was Capricorn. What God would be for the North direction and for Capricorn for Asetians?
The God Ahriman seems very similar to Seth is many ways. If someone worked with Ahriman, would Seth receive that honor behind the mask of Ahriman or can there be an entirely different entity than Seth with similar characteristics/energies? I've been pondering about this question in my mind for awhile....
