Proud to be Mortal/Human - Page 2 Empty Re: Proud to be Mortal/Human

Post by Starfox 25.04.10 10:08

In the end Ive concluded a soul is a soul is a soul. We are all capable of evolution and growing... even if it is by very different means. Humans are really the oddball soul from my observations, they have the immense burden and gift of being completely and utterly free to do as they will. It is this freedom I think that crushes so many human souls into oblivion. Despite the admittedly impressive power and mystique of an Asetian, in many ways they aren't as free as a human as they are now forever chained to the path of Aset. So I'd take that as a source of pride really. ^.^;

Actually, I'm proud for *not* being an Asetianist, or even an Asetian.
But that's just me. Smile

Do not seek not the life of the immortals, but enjoy to the full the resources that are within your reach, for the first condition to immortality is DEATH.......

Beautifully said. I see myself more than a human, because I am an Asetianist. On the path of evolution.

I wonder why people enjoy commenting on other persons' decisions, even without knowing one single thing about them. Anyway, I didn't reply since it would be useless to answer such a question: I don't feel especially attracted to cultic behavior, or even "absolute truths". No offense intended to the cultists, of course.

Pyr.

Because understanding is what we all seek, in a crazy kind of way, so thats why it was impolite of you to not answer.
