Emotions from the AB

After being exposed to the AB, I feel like I'm in the wrong place of the world... the wrong time, with the wrong person. With the wrong plan in life, wearing a mask, and like my true self is so hidden that I won't ever find it. It made me feel like I was in the corner of a maze (I've never been farther away from the center before in my life). Has anyone else experienced this? I wasn't prepared for these effects and now I have no idea what to do. I'm lost.
Just thought I'd share, since I know this work has affected so many people in so many different ways.

I know others who have experienced similar phases. Don't despair, try to practice centering and grounding and it will all make sense someday. I think it's part of the process of growing and evolving through this path. It's not always easy, actually it's often very hard but that's how we evolve.

Everything you're going through, many of us have spent and still today some of us have this difficulty... to stabilize. In any case, I saw some people falling out thinking that they were getting "stuck" when in fact, they were having a chaos in their lives due to the Violet Flame. It is always important to keep in mind that the concept of the Phoenix and the Pillar Khepri is always in motion and attached to each one of us.

It's so disconcerting... to feel like everything I thought was real is just falling away (and finding it hard to connect to anyone).
