What is the hunger to you?

I know its personal but vary curious. If you woukd enlighten me on how you know when it is time to feed again.

I know it has been suggested already but I recommend the Asetian Bible. It answers this question, and then some.

The need to feed depends on many things, I think. Emotional health and stability can play a part... For example, a depressed person may exhibit a so-called "vampiric" thirst for a while. Using magic fueled by vital energy creates the need to feed. It also depends on blockages in the Shen centers and subtle metabolism. I am no expert, though.

"Knowing" when it is time to feed can be complicated, from what I understand. That implies one is awakened, and not doing it subconsciously. I can only explain my feelings, and who knows if those feelings are vampiric or not. For me, it's like a deep hollowness and a need to draw things toward me... It's hard to put into words.
