Lucid Dreaming

Anyone else here really good lucid dreaming(being aware one is in a dream)?

Many times I can tell I'm dreaming. When it happens I usually start controlling the dream and changing it to be more fun. One I remember the best was one where I turned a gross bowl of green stuff that was freaking me out into ice cream.

I did not had begin of good lucid dreaming. However, it was very nightmares for many years until into my mid 20s I went out search in hope find someone who can help me to stop nightmares. I found him well rather he found me and offers me to stop nightmares for good. I haven't had nightmares since then. Now I am 40 and still no nightmares however, since then I have had very good or weird lucid dreams that some of them considering what some call premonition or others call me dreamwalker for some reason. I have many good lucid dreams. About everything and everyone include the one I haven't yet find worthy part of my life and soul.

I usually lucid dream. Whether the dream starts that way or not is always different, but I do.
