Is this checklist accurate?

I found it a while back and was wondering if it was accurate or not. What do you guys think?

There are many things wrong with the list posted on that website but reading around it becomes clear that they don't really understand vampirism. In fact I think that's one of those websites that has been debunked a while ago. They claim that vampirism is caused by a virus, so vampires are all diseased. A bunch of nonsense.
