This forum is like an ocean, it always had tides. There are times of great activity and interesting discussions followed by weeks or months of silence with only the occasional post. It has been like this for years.

It pick up, I hope soon. I like this forum site. I has helped me alot. The topics are interesting when new ones are posted. I have a feeling that it is going to pick up it may take awhile. But I would have to agree with Jonathan it is like the ocean.

The internet keeps changing and these platforms that we call forums were once the main outlets for sharing information but they have been slowly replaced by social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Reddit. Most forums are dying as kids these days prefer a platform where they can share their daily photographs of food, memes, trends or themselves wearing fangs. lol
It's sad in a sense because most communities that we can find on social networks tend to be very superficial. Good old sharing of valid information, enlightened discussions and mature participations are so rare. The internet now, especially around social networks, feels more like a competition about who can make the wildest claims without the smallest bit of factual truth.
