Mediation:a sacred jouney to the heart

Just recently I found that deep breathing and not trying to clear your mind but to bring the mind back to the present. I started mediating at a group that teaches wellness and yoga and many other relaxing and centering techniques. I  am currently using mantras and chanting them and I also use an application on iPhone called calm. In my looking for inner peace, I have current scents, like sandalwood and dragon's blood are quick trance scents for me. As, many of you know I have com e back home to my ancestral religion which is Hinduism. My aunt gave me a mediation set that deals with some of the Hindu Gods and Goddess. It has helped calm me. I have always  liked  chanting. The kit came with mandala beads that 108 beads on it. You chant the mantra one hundred and eight times to a deity. I like chanting to Shiva, it is hard to keep your mind focused when it seems to go on for ever I am getting use to it though. Sometimes I  stop let my mind wonder and then get back to the mantra for Shiva. Nameste.

Meditation is not something easy. Neither the mantras are, or anything else that is dedicated to spirituality. In my opinion, you can't meditate without being focused, it requires a lot of hard work, and if you hit it, Congratulations. Is indifferent, what gods you love or adore, the most important thing is creating a Spiritual and religious connection with them. If you think that helping others will make you grow spiritually, you're wrong, it is an illusion to try to help others, when in fact, there is a great difficulty to get stable(ourselfes) and renewed every day, there are things more important in life than vampirism, and to deal with Spirituality, you need to have your feet on the ground and not be fooled by anyone.

Now, I saw in another thread that you're interested in Reiki, it's the same in this subject, there is already dozens of lineages that are the best and they are out of their reality and origin. You must search, if you want something serious, tries to find that Reiki has its origins from Japan, such as the lineages Gendai Reiki Ho or Komyo ReikiDo. There are others, but these seem interesting.

Finally, Vampirismforum is a forum about goddess Isis, Keep in mind that we love Isis and we know that She is the creator of many things.

I Know this site is mostly about the Mother Goddess, Isis.I respect this forum. Kali Ma is considered the Mother Goddess in Hindu. She is considered the vampire goddess in Hindu Religion. I respect Isis because there was one point that I was devoted to the mother Goddess Isis. Tell me more about your devotion to Isis. I love learning.

I was born and raised in a Christian family, read the Bible every night before sleep. so, I was influenced by my family to believe in a Christian God. However, with time, and with dedication, I discovered that there were other forces and magnetism that fascinated me. One of them is the return to home and feel at peace and pleased with my hunger by shining light in my heart. This is where I find Asetianism, divine Hekas that can ease my agony and choke. However, it's not something I want to believe, but I know it exists and is part of my happiness to know that somehow I am attached.

I also was raised in a Christian Family, My father was a pastor in a local church. I was expected to act a current way as not to ruin my father's reputation. So, I understand where looking else where for a religion. I walked many a paths till I found my ancestors' religion of Hinduism. I respect your path I really do. Hinduism gives me the same happiness as your home religion gives you.

I respect your expertice on the subject. I understand your passion about this subject. It feels like you are getting worked up for nothing. Isis is to you, as Kali (Devi Durga) is to me. Don't get defenseive I am not putting this site or forum down.
