Egyptian deities and animals
Em hotep
I have noticed that many Egyptian deities are oftentimes depicted in animal forms or half-human and half-animal but Aset is depicted only in human form (as far as I am aware of). Also, all egyptian deities that have been shown in animal forms are all known animals except Seth's. I have my own theory about why this is so but I would like to hear some other opinions and possibly discuss this subject.
