Can't They Just Kill?
Earlier I was thinking about something again, when I read the chapter in the AB about the wars that took place between the Aset Ka and the Red Order of Seth, and I questioned something that perhaps the answer may be very obvious to some of you, but I am not that familiar with Asetianism yet, so please bare with me.
I was thinking... well, now in our time we have the Sethians incarnated, same as we have the Asetians... both living in quite normal lives, at least I would think so... Although what I question is, I know that nowadays their battles endure still, even though in silence, but...why can't they simply kill each other like humans do? I mean, not energetically. I know that both sides are well protected, but isn't it possible to simply kill each other? There are so many ways for either side to target one of AK's or ROS's top leaders, and harm them... Imagine that they shoot one of the leaders when he is out of his haven... they can, can't they?
Although... on the AK's side, Keepers play such a huge role that it can be impossible to plan such a physical attack... I'd like your feedback.

I will reply again, but only with my initial, unresearched thoughts.
The AK have great energy skills and shielding powers. They also have the Keepers to help protect them. I imagine the Asetians can sense propective attacks, but, of course, have no evidence of this.
I would like to think that the ROS are lost souls. Do they deserve killing because they oppose the AK?
I view this as nothing but the de-evolution of the self into the "eye for an eye" vengance of Abrahamic religions.
Personally, I would like to believe the AK have evolved above that. Perhaps the AK would prefer to redeem those who have been deceived by Seth.

Re: Can't They Just Kill?
I still have not read the AB, nor do I have any real knowledge about this, but I would assume that killing the Asetians physically would be fruitless and likely was tried before over the many thousands of years they have been warring. I expect the tactics of the Sethians nowadays would be to target the metaphysical forms of the Asetians and throw them off track in an attempt to weaken the overall structure of them all.

Re: Can't They Just Kill?
What would be the point in physically killing someone that is immortal?
Both Asetians and Sethians are immortal beings. They cannot be killed for real. So why to destroy their physical shells if they can simply return, probably even more powerful?
I believe the tactics and techniques of both the AK and ROS now rely in highly advanced metaphysical warfare, along with disguised manipulation and control.

Daniel, please put a couple of dollars away every week until you get the $30 US to buy a copy of the AB. You will not be disappointed.

Re: Can't They Just Kill?
I dont think Aset ka cares about the ROS business and dont want to take any offensive action toward them as long as the ROS keep their fingers in control and dont make anything that would spoil the Asetian plans.
The Asetians are way too smart, I dont think they want an open war that would bring unnecessary attention to the Aset ka.
Last time I checked Aset ka enjoyed the silence of the darkness which their skills in manipulation and deception have brought them.
I believe Aset ka have some form of psychic shield and a large amount of servitors that guard their buildings on a metaphysic plane while the guardians and keepers take care of the rest.
So I think Aset ka are more defensive and dont want to engage in open combat...yet.
In short...ROS cant and Aset ka dont want to.
And Daniel...you wont regret the Asetian Bible, its something I recommend to anyone studying the occult.
IF the Aset ka dont exist (I know saying it is blasphemy, but we all have to be aware of that factor) the book still contain alot of good information.
Let the whiners on the net say what they wanna say, but Luis Marques knew what he wrote.

Laiko is right in that we always must be aware that what others post, in good faith or bad, might be misleading or just plain wrong. I have asked a similar question before. And others in the VF say they know Asetians. I laud her caution. It is justified.

Re: Can't They Just Kill?
Someone - a very wise individual - once said to me... "why fight, when you can make them kneel, without drawing a sword".
I think that subtly emcompasses the Asetian standpoint where killing and fighting is concerned.

That sounds like a very wise and vampiric way to put things into perspective. I would dare saying that encompasses an evolved Asetian way of being in this world.Talibah wrote:Someone - a very wise individual - once said to me... "why fight, when you can make them kneel, without drawing a sword".

Mind if I ask who this wise individual may be? Anyone we could know?

I'm not sure about naming names.
And as for whether it could be anyone known, suffice it to say...very probably, Victor...depending which circles you mix in.
