Letters to Master Marques

Many people from the community write letters to the Aset Ka, mostly driven by gratitude. Some do it occasionally, others do it frequently. It's a really personal thing though and most of us won't really talk about it publicly. However it's not policy of the Order to write back, not to mention the large quantity of letters they must receive from devotees to fan mail and all sorts of craziness in between.

The Aset Ka operates by invitation only so in my understanding people approaching them about membership are even less likely to reach it. It's a really secretive process.

in my introduction to the world of vampirism a couple of years ago there was a huge wave of houses looking for new members. it always surprised me one had to write a letter to them. if and when one is a great house/vampire then why would one have to write to tell them and vice versa????

im quite stupid like that, so im glad jonathan is stating its a normal thing to do. i for myself always found more sense in sending mail tru the whispers of the wind.

can i ask why you use, but also the letters from aquino are written with this specific fond?

ah ok. it made me think of steve brown and how scared everyone of him was back in the days. and how i later on in life found his correspondence with aquino and, well it makes me smile and remember the days we were together in space and time without even knowing we were. that and your name of course.

I like writting letters. I am a bit old fashioned. I think it has something about the writing...

I agree with Jonathan. Writing them would be a matter of gratitude for some people. I believe people would write them for several different reasons, but I am not sure about getting repplies.

A personal thing, the reason people write, and even more personal the reason why Aset Ka would or would not answer.

That is a nice thing people like to write them.
