This is a beautiful blog post, Lyn, and very relatable at this time, the thing you mention about changes not occurring in an instant necessarily, but little by little over time. It's a slow, patient and enduring trial. I can also catch the glimpse of some heart warming words of your passion there, toward Asetianism as a whole, which kindles something good in my heart too... a very calming, serene feeling.
