tingling sensation
I SOMETIMES get this tingle in my finger tips what do u think it is?

I get "tingling sensations" when controlling my energy through my hands and sensing it move throughout my body, getting a strong sensation felt everywhere... also to feel my core...

While metaphysical reasons are intriguing and oh so much more exciting to think about, you could have temporarily cut off blood circulation to that hand or have cervical disc problems.

We should also keep in mind that not everything we feel is a result of metaphysical reaction to something. It can be explained by simple things, as Phoenix mentioned.
