tingling sensation

I SOMETIMES get this tingle in my finger tips what do u think it is?

However I can tell you that the "tingle sensations" can be related to energy work.

Perhaps you are sensing energy. That happens to me when I am working with energy and my favorite minerals in hand.

I get "tingling sensations" when controlling my energy through my hands and sensing it move throughout my body, getting a strong sensation felt everywhere... also to feel my core...

Were you holding any stone during the moment? I assume it was energy sensing.

We should also keep in mind that not everything we feel is a result of metaphysical reaction to something. It can be explained by simple things, as Phoenix mentioned.
