Blood Pressure

Greetings Everyone,

I would like to know if anyone has experienced this or noticed it.

I have noticed that when I feed or deal with high amounts of energy, my blood pressure goes up and my heart begins to beat rapidly, but I could simply be sitting in a chair or laying down.

Also, I did not want to say this but I want to get an opinion on this as well, but when I pray to Aset I get an odd feeling close to my heart chakra...and sometimes a tingly feeling on my third eye chakra.

Any comments, thoughts, words of wisdom?

Well, it's only logical if you think about it. The influx of energy into the system which runs directly alongside the circulatory system would cause your circulation to increase in speed just as the energy is, much like an adrenaline rush.

As for the heart chakra feeling, that could simply mean that your center is responding positively to the prayer/meditation, and that you are close to your astral self. At least, that's what I think.

This feeling of being so close... i need to strive but i believe I can achieve consciousness in the Astral... time, and commitment...i must free my mind..

The key is not to expect anything. Making any assumptions about what traveling the astral will be like is just asking your own mind to create the experience within your inner realm.

Expect nothing. Experience everything.

I wouldn't know.... I always have a low blood pressure...
Its very rear , if mu pressure go s up... even if I do smoke at daily basis.

But Im very curios to know if any one else is ?

Daniel09 surely you have to expect things of yourself before you can do them, my advice is trust yourself and your feelings for you know more than you think.

I disagree kate. It's a lot like divination.... If you go into it expecting a result your going to contaminate your results. you should indeed expect nothing as this leaves you open to whatever you might experience... in particular given that the astral is so thought sencitive.

I agree with you.

Those were basically my thoughts. While the human mind cannot help but expect things, and I think Kate was likely referring to the Will you have when entering the Astral and such, the idea of it all is to learn to allow the outside to enter your third eye sense rather than your inside reflecting in... if that makes sense.

Yes Daniel09, but in reference to what ivy was feeling the heart chakra is the centre of our beings, while the third eye is our centre of wisdom, if Ivy is in deep meditation and close to Aset at that time i think what she is feeling is knowledge and energy being transfered to her, a gift if you like.

I've never experienced a change in blood pressure, mine have always been high.
