What about, if Rome was a substitute for Babylon ??

The clues :
Rome wanted one world under Rome.....
"God" wanted Noah ( or No ha ) to unite the world under one language and under one God, a united world under one God......

Babel fell just as Rome ,and got blown whit the winds across the globe.....
