Aset and the Black Panther?

I've seen some representations of Aset beside a black panther... You know why? Or is it just something without rationale for decorating the image?

Thanks. I know the relationship of the Egyptian gods with lions, snakes, cats and other animals .... but I say Black Panther in particular.

Ive always had an obsession with wolves and black panthers so I find this quite interesting. I am very curious now as to the answer to the original posters question.
