Our choices about Technology.

I wonder which technology that fascinate all of you. As we know there is 4 system operation that control the world: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Unix. Of these 4 which is the operating system that most fascinates you and why?

I am a passionate about Linux World, my favorite distro is Arch Linux and Debian. I try keep things simple and fast in the same time safe.

I use Windows on my PC. I'm not a technology expert of any kind so I never ventured through other worlds like Linux and Mac.

Windows isn't so bad once you know how to manipulate it. It takes a specific kind of person to diagnose and react on the go, though. I can't count how many times that has saved my system from compromise. (although, Windows 7 makes it a bit more difficult, adding an extra step in-between each action, and causing my reactionary effects to be less potent)

I consider myself anti-Microsoft but it hard to be Microsoft-LESS when most of the companies use this technology.
I’ve used all types or OS even the s Matrix-screen-style ones and I can said that prefer MAC OSX since it is UNIX based, it very robust plus the fact that is so beautiful, but it’s expensive.
My second choice will be Solaris that comes with the SUN Microsystems desktop (now know as Oracle Solaris) but it is even more expensive

I use Linux and FreeBSD, both UNIX based systems, due to their security and customization, as I deal with a lot of sensitive information and data that would be irresponsible to trust on a Microsoft system.

Victor: I am not surprised about your choice, in fact, i had the idea that perhaps you used MacOS X. Windows is very lame for your type of reservation.

Mac OS X can be a secure and robust system, especially due to its UNIX foundation driven from the BSD architecture that I mentioned above. Many occultists use it, however the Red Order of Seth has specific rules that prohibit the usage of the Apple Macintosh platform in critical systems. It may sound crazy but it actually makes sense strategically. This is due to the security and technological staff at the Aset Ka, where a specific girl is a known hacker that has been involved with a big portion of the zero-day exploits found on Mac OS X and the iOS for the past years. This makes the technicians from the Aset Ka proficient at Mac security, and it's well known it would be easy for them to log, spy and enter a system using Mac OS X. To be honest, anyone using Mac would be vulnerable to the Aset Ka, but I am sure they don't waste resources on any random computer except in situations when they may need to track something specific for whatever reason. That's why the members at ROS avoid using Macs, and it's quite a wise decision from them. I'm not sure what they use, but I find it hard to believe they would use Windows either, so they probably rely on some kind of custom UNIX flavor.
Anyways, to the average mortal using Mac OS X would be perfectly safe. Only someone with connections at ROS or with something to hide from the Aset Ka would have reasons to fear.
