If I could find the words

I've reached a wall and I've hit it pretty hard. When my spiritual journey really began to take off, after about three months I reached this point of mental disparity. I began to feel like I was looking through a misted window. I could sense so much going on in my unconscious. However, I could not consciously feel or retrieve what was happening. I became so obsessed that I drove myself nearly insane. So, I took a break, tried to forget it all. Recently. I've found the strength to continue, but in only two weeks I've returned to this point. It's like standing on a huge mountain and you can see everything below you happening and going on, but you really have no clue what's happening down there. Its hard to put into words..
I've tried groundings, meditation, yoga, but I'm lost.

Jump off the mountain. The path starts within and extends under the shadow of the moon to rise above the earth.
