Help me find out about these symbols

These are two symbols that bug me alot.

This eye have appeared for me for a long time now, its a important part of me and I want to know all there is to know about it.

If you have seen it before, please tell me.







This is a another symbol, I know I have seen it before too and thought it was the symbol of my bible (yes, I have a bible...).

But the symbol on the bible is not even close to this symbol.
So now I want to know what this symbol is and its origins.

Maybe ive just seen it on a site or in a game.
But still, I want to know.





I would appreciate any help, so please post if you know anything.

The eye image, although visually different, when I first saw it here in your post immediately gave me the feeling from the Eye of Horus. Dunno if it can be related, or not, metaphysically or spiritually. I believe that would be for you to judge and comment.

Yea, its very similar.

But the eye of Horus have a different lower part. >.<

This eye is weird, I feel it have a high value for me but dont know anything about it.

Laiko: perhaps the first symbol can be somewhat related to the "all-seeing eye" which represents God in the freemasonry tradition?

As to the second symbol, it is indeed somehow reminiscent of a bible symbol: the Chi-Rho.

Its weird how the eye appear in so many places around the world as a symbol, and most pretty similar.

However, I did find out the meaning of the eye, but iam open for any more information.

About the Chi-rho.
Maybe its related in some way.

Well, directly from most writing systems I can find no meaning. It appears to be a variant of Linear B which is itself a variation of Ancient Egyptian. I would place the age of the writing system that might contain it at around 2000 BC. No idea what it means, sorry.

so if we were speaking of an alphabet it would be some kind of sound or letter...
but still it would have no meaning at all

Well, I don't know much about it, but it so closely resembles that Ogham that I sounded out the letters and got "Mao" which coincidentally relates to a Persian Moon God and is apparently the Egyptian word for Cat, directly related with the Moon and it's respective Gods.
