An actual grimoire is not composed from info compiled from asking other humans.  That is very funny unless you are putting a comic book grimoire together.  An actual, working magical grimoire and it's information is acquired from spiritual beings contacted from a higher dimension. It is not shared with the general public at all.

Anyway, it sounds as if you are having a fun day.

Actually a Grimoire is a book of any information the being who owns the book wants. Its their magickal findings and the information can come from any source they seem fit. So thanks for trying! But if i were you I would brush up on your facts! You sound awfully ignorant Smile

I so much appreciate your literally justice.....but that info you describe would list it right up there with the material coming from your strigoi vii funny bunch. One can call it anything, but a real and actual valuable grimoire is a magic piece, not one that is designed from comic infatuations such as you describe. Happy Day to you, too.

That is just your point of view on things! I happen to believe that the Strigoi Vii are a form of Vampyre just as the Asetian are. And another point is why does it matter to you how I write or what I put in MY grimoire is none of your concern. I would appreciate it if you would not compare my beliefs to a comic infatuation. I most likely follow a different path than you, therefore my version of a grimoire is different from yours. It doesnt mean I am wrong. My grimoire is just as valuable as any other.

Hey, calm down. It is not Strigoi Vii but Strigoii Vii (plural) or Strigoi Viu (singular). As you see, I am from Republic of Moldova and it was a part of Romania. My native language is Romanian. So I know more than you the meaning of this.

Thank you, and i would love any information you can offer! I am very new to the vampyre scene. I have read the Sanguinomicon. But I would appreciate others input. I came here to learn not to be bashed for my beliefs.

from your initial question it is apparent you have read through none of this forum.  We are not a group that will just let the likes of Father S and his consort and the vampire community enter and run wild through out the site.  If you play in that playground, we advise you enter those places to interact with the delusional ones. Otherwise you are welcome if you intend to actively seek with an open mind information.  Again, this is not a place to enable fairy tales or get an award for a months set of plastic fangs.

You call someone like that, if it is a person that looks like a living zombie. In our parts, the zombies are seen like strong, stony-like creatures. It is a pretty popular saying, especially in Romania. This person is usually a weird and lonely one, ignoring society and so on. The word strigoi may come from latin or romanian. Romanian language is very latinic anyway. It is more related to the white skin. But, during the history, this expression came to be used for different cases, such as witch, monsters , vampires and so on. Anyway, a weird isolated person could look like a witch or a vampire or a monster.

I know that the word strigoi comes from the latin word "strega" which means witch

No no. Strigoi is a masculine word, so it usually means a male. As I know, there is strigosus word in latin, meaning skinny and maybe in late latin (more like italian) appeared strega. They are somehow correlated.

The witches were skinny and lonely persons, who used to scream bad when it was about a ritual. So, the romanian word "a striga" or "strigăt" could come more from strega.

"Come on, Maxx. We make the place the way we are. Don't be so limited."

Your statement above reeks of "Divine" crap such as she always stated....."Why can't we all just get along together"  meaning any disinformation posted here will be accepted as truthful.  This is not another vampire community network site.  If that is what you are calling being limited, I suggest you go back to those sites and interact with those delusional nuts.  Maybe they will allow you to post your photo there.

I suggest you both start to read the material suggested by this site and then have an intelligent discussion. Hardly can one find a person that enters here and reads before posting.  Otherwise, this is nothing other than a waste of time. If you know nothing of what this site is or professes, then your "beliefs" posted here do not make them magically become real and you can damn well expect to have your standards attacked if they are not those found to come from ACTUAL DEMONSTRATED magic. And from your earlier post, Eugenia, in which Jonathan answered you, you certainly need to read up on Luis Marques material.

Don't be sad, Maxx. The lie is not less important than the truth. And we are all different, we react and interact differently. Don't standardize, be open minded and hearted like witchboy said and you will have more than before. Even so, you're reply does not look more intelligent than our discussion.
