Chapel of Sekhmet
I would like to know if anyone has PHYSICALLY visited the Chapel of Sekhmet in the chapel kept under lock and key in an obscure section of the Temple Complex of Karnak which is the Temple of Ptah? It is possible to get into that place with the right connections. I would like to talk with anyone that has entered that room and spent any time there. Thanks.

Re: Chapel of Sekhmet
Ok. then. Appears no one from this forum does any travel to Egypt.
So. I will ask a question here since this is a section on magic.
Which would you concentrate on changing if you were sitting in a tub of cold water?
Would you use your magical knowledge and ability to change the temperature of the water to heat it up ...
or....
Would you use your mental knowledge to change your thought process to change the way you PERCEIVE the temperature of the water you are sitting in to make it feel it as a comfortable warm feeling?
or....
cannot do either one...or...never thought about it...or it is not important for me to consider either way at all?

Why waste energy manipulating the temperature of the water when with enough control of your mind you can not feel the cold at all? Unless it's starting to cause damage on biological systems I see no real value in spending valuable vital energy that may be needed in another challenge.
How about you?

Re: Chapel of Sekhmet
Maxx, I haven't been there and I am writing way past the last posted date, but to answer the second question, I would use my mental knowledge/thought process to change my perception of said temperature.

This also interests me at the moment, so reviving in case any who pass through have themselves visited. Deeply sacred place.
