Formal Greeting

Greeting to all on the forum...

Allow me to introduce myself as Sinata Anika Asti, who is currently attached to a female human body 26 years of age...That is a name I made for myself during the beginning of my teenage years... I am now beginning to understand the meaning behind it more and more as the years progress... Please excuse my need for 3 punctuation marks... Not sure why I do this... I just prefer three after a completed thought...

I have always been into the spiritual side of things in this lifetime since I was a child... Having been party to many peculiar encounters with those not of a normal sort to mainstream human society... As a child I had no problem with solitude and enjoy it very much... I was taught to learn and retain everything under the sun and moon... I would read anything and everything I could get my hands on for personal enjoyment ranging from occult topics to human sexuality... etc... I used to spend hours meditating and attempting to achieve "enlightenment" hardly "normal" behaviors for a pre-teen. I could ramble on for countless hours but I will leave that for another day...

So, why am I here??? Well, I have been contacted by an entity that insists he knows me very well...over the years...apparently I am supposed to figure out the pieces to this puzzle all by myself, give or take a few clues here and there... What I do know is that my soul if definitely not mortal... I have natural inclinations toward the occult and inborn abilities or skills that I did not have to study to attain in this lifetime... I am here on this forum to observe, share, and gain any knowledge that will lead me closer toward my true enlightenment...

I would like to thank all of you for allowing me to be part of this forum... feel free to communicate with me...

So what branches of magic do you find most interesting? What sort of skills are you referring to that you have a natural aptitude for? I am most curious about this entity as well... could you divulge any more about it?

I might put out the danger of considering ones self normal or not normal. The whole world is a very odd place and normal is a total and utter farce created to keep some sense of social order so that a society like ours could form, much to the benefit of the more unpleasant elitist groups like the Setians and to the detriment of everyone else. In my not so humble opinion it has no place in an occultists mind as an occultist should be working outside the rules of society in many aspects of life... in short: your cheating anyways, might as well toss the rule book out.

To all who have replied so far, thank you for the welcome...To Lunar I enjoyed the soapbox and concur...I was just writing in a manner that would be understandable to those who fall within the restrictive philosophical chains of "normal' that may browse through the forum...any room for company on the box? To Jonathan...I appreciate the company of this forum and plan to be active in the threads...the reason for me joining the forum was influenced by the member posts...yours being included...
