how to find out your feeding correctly ??

hi all i ve been reading here alot and there was some topics about feeding on natural energy from trees so i tried while im doing it i sense my hear rate went high and head kind of having some pressure when im done i felt like im hyper not sure but am i doing it correct or is it wrong ?? how to find out

To feed, the right way, is the exact way that is natural to you. Different people can tell you different ideas on what to do, but in the end, it is what feels natural to the individual, thus, nobody can really answer you. While this response sounds short, it is the truth.

and after you feed can you describe what you feel just to get a idea
right now when i feed i can feel my heart rate goes high and i get a feeling kind of like had a fresh bath after a long time or something like that

My question to you is why are you feeding? Do you truly feel that you have a "need" to or is it simply a desire to experiment? For what purpose do you feed? Anyone can feed, and if one feeds that doesn't mean that they are anything other than human.

For me, I do not willfully feed from others (moral conflict within-- I really am a good girl, sometimes....) it is just something that happens naturally and I most often am unaware that I am doing it. Honestly, I just wish that I had the energy of a 12 year old. If I had that type of energy then I could accomplish so much more in a day, but instead I have an unhealthy dependency on caffeine. Energy is wasted on the young! Hehe!

its just an experiment and of course im human i need to know if im getting energy correctly
i have no need for blood or other peoples energy i only use just natural energy from plants

i got a good technique for feeding all u do is swallow deeply then use that flow to feed in other words "DRINK DEEPLY"!!!!

--- interesting, how i feed is basic intentions a silent asking of consent to feed off other living beings, and when that is not capable.. i turn toward the elements such as water, air, even the fire from the sun.
