Do real vampires feel insulted by life-stylers?

I see there is a lot of a fuss around this subject, and while it seems like part of the community feels insulted by these people that only use the image of the vampire, others actually embrace it and use it as if it was their own.

I would like that anyone more knowledgeable of the community and real life vampires would give me their insight into this matter, as well as personal opinion.

I love these kinds of conversations. To be very honest I have no problem with a lifestyle. The issue I have is if one goes out and start biting people etc. Real vampire like myself does not do that nor commit any kind of murder. We are not animals. If I need to gather energy I do feed but use a lancet. Or my hands to absorb energy. Hollywood has really done a number on people I must say. It's the disrespect and misinformation about real vampirism that is the problem not necessarily what they are wearing. And again to clear things up...not all vampire sleep in coffin we sleep in a bed like regular humans. Garlic don't kill us. But if one is allergic then maybe. I do like garlic a lot. It's great on spaghetti etc. We don't blow up at walking in a church or near one. We can walk in the sun but not to long for me anyway. It does drain my energy and burns. I use a umbrella when the sun is out. I also wear sun shades because my eyes are very sinstive to like. I have a donor. Who is my wife I feed off of her by energy or blood. We are not barbaric going around killing people. We also don't run from mirrors. Holy water will not kill us either. A real vampire main thing is the energy source. Any more questions just ask.
