Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
Such exciting news!
I agree, we are very lucky indeed. Not just for being able to hold in our hands such special works, but also for being alive at this time in history and experiencing all of this first hand. That's such a privilege! I'm sure in the future, after our time, many new students of the occult will look back and wish they were alive during these times, being among the first experiencing this magick and wisdom, living it as we do!

Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
Today? I'm really excited. The introduction was fascinating (a true book in itself) and I can't wait to order the full work.
Just out of curiosity, what day is it today? I mean, all the publishing dates for Mr. Marques' works are special dates. And today would have something to do with the number 3/trilogy. Any ideas?
Now that I think of it, 03/07/2012 translates into the number 373.
I'm sorry, just throwing ideas around. I'm done now

Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
Today is full moon. In Asetiana Tradition there is a great connection with the Thoth Energy.
Not only because is 3 but in the same time a dedication to the God Thoth. This is my point.
3 - 3 Lineages.
7 - Immortality.
2012= 5 - Year of Revelation.
3 / 7 / 5, All Sacred Numbers of Asetian Numerology.
The detail that I find interesting is the full moon. The full moon could be tomorrow ... But was today.... This not sound all-connected?

It doesn't seem to create any type of interesting pattern, but I'll leave it here anyway"
I'm sorry guys but I let my imagination out on this one... to me the patern looks like a dragon or crane or something like that...
Abstract off topic thought...

Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
Wow the book was released just a few hours ago and already reached number 2 at Amazon.com for Sacred Writings - Kabbalah!
It seems like it also got sold out on Amazon UK. Quite impressive for such an "unknown" book.

6/22/2012
There has been numerological significance in previous release dates. Anything in particular about this one?

Daniel, it's a Kabbalist reference, 22 is the number of paths in the Tree of Life and also the number of Tarot cards.

Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
Thank you for the info on the Kabbalah Stalker, that makes a lot of sense. I also want to add that even though the book was made available in stores on the 22 it was actually published on the 3rd of July as it appears on the book data in the different stores, which I believe was also confirmed by Luis Marques. This also makes much sense since the number 3 is so connected with Orion and this particular work as explained in its introduction. Not to mention it was a full moon.

You are correct. I keep mixing up June and July. 7-22-2012 was when the book was made available.

Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
incorrect...... I am so used to dealing with the 1900s numbers....
7-22-2012 = 7
7-03-2012 = 6
7-22-2012 = 7
7-03-2012 = 6

Got mine as well! Can't really put it into words.
I need more time to explore it and then I'll get back to you. Really looking forward to discuss all of this with everyone. Such a storm of new wisdom to take in!

Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
My copy came in on the 24th, but I just picked it up today...Have been reading it ever since...I am now on Liber Sigillum 333...I found that even before I began to read, there was and has been an intense energy connection causing a tingling sensation in my hands just from touching the Liber...Very deep and profound...

Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
so i figured its time to put in my 2 cents my apologies if this offends. I am engulfed in the book, as i am sure many of you are aswell. but for future reference, i think that maybe the discussion about the book be at some discretion. like the AB it full of hidden Heka that connects to the individual. it is however different in the fact that is more personalized to everyone in a sense and it will speak to everyone in a different way.
so when things become a discussion, or even a debate it may come out strange and may possibly spill some negative results due to everyone owning a distinct opinion. so i dont think this is a tome that is meant for groups of people, there are however many topics that are a general idea that can be open for a debate. if you are reading the book i think you may have a cue what im trying to say here. nor am i instructing on what to do and not to do. im just offering safe advice to keep the peace. this is a book of chaos remember
