Re: Book of Orion - Liber Aeternus
In context of the ankh: I traveled to Egypt last winter and was fortunate enough to spend much time with locals. Even though Egypt is in a Muslim state the ankh is a highly popular item. From my conversations, I've gathered that the ankh is a sacred key to life that modifies vibration.. So i believe the ankh can go both ways, life and death, keeping in mind that death applies to more than physical life. So perhaps the reversed ankh reflects the practice of initiating ego death or an other form of death. Hope this helps :-)
